ATS mentoring Programme aims to provide peer mentoring and appropriate support services that will enable participating students to successfully complete their educational objectives while making college life exciting, fulfilling and successful.
  • ATS mentoring Programme aims to provide peer mentoring and appropriate support services that will enable participating students to successfully complete their educational objectives while making college life exciting, fulfilling and successful. 
  • Through development and collaboration with Access Centre alumni and existing students in all college departments, ATS Mentoring matches current/past students (Mentors) with incoming students (Mentee) based on background, experience, chosen course of study and/or career path.
  • Sharing such commonalities enhances Mentor understanding of Mentee concerns and potential difficulties which results in focused problem solving and enhanced educational retention and progression for Mentees.
